Our 4br, 1 Bathroom sits on E 13th Avenue where you will enter through the front that includes modern finishes such as Vinyl Floors, Full Bathroom, a Fully Stocked Kitchen and a complimentary bottle of wine where you can enjoy yourself a nice glass of wine.
Our 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay here in University District and feel at home! Its a smaller apartment so please be aware this isn't somewhere to hang out all day in. Our Condo includes 2 King bedrooms upstairs on the second level and 2 Queen Bedrooms with a full bathroom all on second floor. All four rooms have closest space with plenty of hangers as well. On the main floor is your living room space, and a fully stocked kitchen. Our common/living room space comes with 1 comfortable couch, a Chair, and a soft stool where you can relax and enjoy streaming with our smart TV. Lastly, our kitchen is stocked with FREE coffee, a blender, a microwave, toaster, cutting knives/cutting board, & cookware to cook full course meals for your other behalf, friends, and family. There are a Washer and Dryer in the house on second floor, high-speed WIFI & a Smart TV to watch all the Netflix you want (no cable).
You can access the home anytime after 4 PM by using the Keyless Keypad to enter with your unique code that is sent 3 days prior to arrival. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community.
For early checkin or late checkout, please understand there is a $10 per hour cost as long as there is not a same day check in or check out. For late check out we asked that this is communicated the night before 9 pm in order to respectively communicate to our housekeepers. If not, there is a $40 hour charge the next day if there is not a check in. This MUST be approved by the Host.
Right in the middle of Old North Columbus and Italian Village. Keep in mind you are right in University Area with lots of different things to do no matter what your point of travel is. Plenty of nightlife, and there are plenty of areas where you can relax and enjoy peace and quiet.

Violation of our no-party rule will result in a $1000 collection and immediate cancellation of your stay, and police may be contacted and act on our behalf. We take this very seriously in order to protect our partner's assets and the city laws.
2. NO Smoking in or around our properties. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes the use of cigarettes, marijuana, and/or vaping. If you wish to smoke we ask you to take it outside. ANY VIOLATION of this rule will result in a $200 fine or collection if necessary. This includes any evidence of tampering with the smoke detectors which may be monitored remotely.
3. NO music video recordings at all!
4. Keep in mind quiet hours to respect each and every one's stay around you. Quiet hours during the week are 10 pm to 7 am. On the weekend quiet hours are 11 pm to 6 am. Please understand breakage of these rules is immediate cancellation of your stay and will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
5. WIFI:
Our properties are equipped with free high-speed internet. The network name and password will be sent to you a few hours prior to check-in. Please refrain from any illegal downloads as it’s a federal offense here in the US.
6. HOUSEKEEPING:
We provide linens, towels, poggesi soaps (shampoo, conditioner, & soap), makeup wipes, ground coffee or k-cups, salt and pepper, cooking oil, toilet paper, and paper towels, hand soap, kitchen soap, dish detergent pods inside the unit for you. If there is a washer and dryer offered inside the property then we provide laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets.
If you have arrived and something is missing, please alert us immediately so that we can make sure to send someone over with the replacement as soon as possible. If you are in a unit where an air mattress is available and have spoken with our team about using it, the extra pillow and sheets are in the closets. We do not provide daily housekeeping or laundry service during your stay unless requested for long-term stays.
7. SURVEILLANCE:
Our properties are monitored by EXTERIOR security cameras. These are used for the security of you, your guests, and others around you. Please refrain from any illegal activity on or around the premises.
8. CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM:
Our Customer Service Team is available Monday through Sunday 24/7, but understand they work outside of the US so we ask to understand time differences and or connection issues every now and then. 9. MAINTENANCE & PROPERTY MANAGER:
