Hot Tub Guidelines
- Shower before entering
- Keep the cover fully on when not in use
- Children must be supervised
- No glass near the hot tub
Fire Pit
- Do not use in high wind
- Keep seating at a safe distance
Cleaning & Damage
To keep rates fair for all guests:
- Excessive mess may result in additional fees
- Report accidental damage right away
Security
- Exterior cameras monitor entry + backyard + front porch
- No indoor cameras
- Do not disable or cover any security devices or Wi-Fi equipment
